Arkins Court in no longer a road. It's been turned into a bikepath and plaza.

Is there a stop sign or a yield sign at this intersection northbound? If so, which?

It looks like a yield sign southbound, and nothing from the east and west. Is this correct?

the tagging (other than address information might be from google since in the source tagging it has a google URL as seen in node/6035378943/history and https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/node/6035378943. ( the Van Orsdel Funeral & Cremation Services). also as a note, I can confirm that this is a real business in that building since I drive by often.
The question then becomes, what do we di with it, do we revert it back to the point were it was only a address (the bad information was added in changeset/112848334) and then added what ever information can be surveyed back (something id be willing to do myself (the surveying for extra information since I dont know how to use the revert bots). is there a different way this should be handled.
