secondary_link appears underneath residential ways ?!
Posted by skorasaurus on 13 March 2012 in English (English)In other news, curious: why does the secondary_link appear to be underneath residential ways on the mapnik layer here on OSM ?
That way in question has highway=secondary_link as its only tag and the intersecting residential ways have highway=residential and oneway=no tags...
Check it out on:

(For those interested in obdl re-mapping, there's a few ways near Dakar, western Senegal, and the Gambia because of a certain decliner.....As a bonus, there's very new bing imagery here, [imagery is from 2011, and just added a few weeks ago].

It should probably be either a secondary or tertiary, a secondary_link is more for turning lanes and and on and off ramps

Indeed, it should almost certainly not be secondary_link.

Thanks for the responses... I understand that it shouldn't be secondary_link (and probably secondary) and I'll change it, but I wonder why secondary_link appears like that in the first place.
