I’m not familiar with the situation at that location (such as whether the buildings actually exist or not).
In my previous work, I mistakenly thought that location was somewhere else and deleted the existing buildings while checking the area. I later realized that I had confused the location, so I simply reverted the changes.

The current situation on the ground may differ somewhat, but based on my research, it appears that at least the main islands of the three islands are under the effective control of the DPRK.

몇 군데를 살펴 봤으나 너무 오래 전 일이라 무엇을 근거로 제가 되돌리기를 했는지를 찾기가 어려웠습니다.
그리고 류창우 님에 커뮤니티에서 활동하고 있는 것을 알기 때문에 어떤 문제가 있으면 알려드리는 것이 순서이고 도리인데 왜 그조차도 안했는지도 의문입니다.
아마도(순전히 짐작입니다.) 이 즈음에 대량 유입이 있었고 그것을 되돌리는 과정에서 일부를 오인해서 되돌린 것이 아닌가 짐작을 할 뿐입니다.
어쨋거나 뭔가 제가 착오가 있었다면 죄송합니다.

The extraction of data from Vworld is illegal under South Korea's 'Spatial Information Management Act'.

Unless there is a blanket permission granted for importing data into OSM, there is no feasible way to provide proper attribution. Therefore, this would be considered a copyright violation.
If you feel that a more detailed discussion is necessary, would you be willing to join the Korea OSM Telegram group or the official forum to talk it over?

It's a line that allows you to grab and pull a boat without using oars.

The media confirms that the building was blown up, but we have no information on whether it has since been leveled, so we'll keep it in the 'ruins' state.

Sorry about that. My explanation wasn't clear enough.
What I meant to say is that most of the paths are not definitive and depend on which satellite image is available at which time.
I just checked and it was probably based on satellite imagery from Bing Maps when I edited it.
(When I'm not sure, I refer to satellite imagery from Esri, Google Maps, Yandex Maps, etc. for verification).
So, like I said, I think a lot of the routes around there are fairly arbitrary and will never be definitive, which means that if you or anyone else has more up-to-date information or is more confident, they can make edits.
It also means that it would be nice to have a way of tagging the properties of paths that are not set in stone, that come and go, and that change shape from time to time.

Additionally, the area you pointed out was at least 5 years ago, and the area further south - around the new bridge - was only explored in recent months.

When I was there, it was already five years ago and it was the dry season, so the rice fields were not cleared, and when the rice fields are not cleared, the paths appear and disappear randomly.
So it's a random environment, and I've been trying to find a good way to tag the paths there, but I haven't found a good way (that's why I used the 'informal' key, which I think is the closest I can come).
Even now, with the exception of some farm roads, the remaining routes are random and likely don't exist in reality.
(I still question the point of drawing routes based on satellite imagery in this situation; I'd be happy if you could discuss this openly).
