| 166160436 | 8 months ago | Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap!
|
| 54163580 | 8 months ago | No idea, I've never been there - I just added the underscore! |
| 166150894 | 8 months ago | For info, two accounts were working together here. I've reverted the other one in changeset/166163077 and have forced through the remaining reverts in changeset/166163147 |
| 166126842 | 9 months ago | ts1877a and ts1878b.
|
| 36491506 | 9 months ago | relation/5848094/history has been a "place=locality" since basically forever, but I don't think that that is correct, is it? |
| 166025400 | 9 months ago | Also - if you have changed any other examples in this way those will be wrong too. Please investigate each one and correct if necessary. There were 10 a couple of weeks ago: https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/23Ty . |
| 166025400 | 9 months ago | This clearly isn't correct. "Just Tyres" sells (as the name implies) "Just Tyres".
|
| 166065512 | 9 months ago | Somewhat confusingly, the service road way/733298699 was part of the Clwydian Hills relation relation/10757713 and extending it meant that that boundary was no longer a valid polygon. I've cut it in too and removed the end part from the relation in changeset/166101884; the boundary should reappar now. |
| 166085279 | 9 months ago | Thanks!

| 78964227 | 9 months ago | I'm slowly working through these and actually removing the Google-sourced IP. |
| 110081197 | 9 months ago | Hello,
|
| 128492995 | 9 months ago | Hello,
|
| 165369680 | 9 months ago | I suspect that way/521292120/history is not any sort of storage tank - by the name and the location I suspect it is a filter bed in a sewage works. |
| 165778661 | 9 months ago | Please use sensible changeset comments that explain what you have actually done, especially when doing reverts. |
| 165227338 | 9 months ago | To be clear - if you're performing automated tag changes (e.g. from "landuse=something" to some other tag) without any other investigation) then that's an automated edit and needs to be discussed.
|
| 165227338 | 9 months ago | This one had `landuse=conservation` (which is relatively rarely used, but see landuse=conservation ) - that sometimes means "there is something else going on, beyond just being a nature reserve", or it might be "it's a tag left over from 15 years ago and doesn't add any other value". You've added `blundary=protected_area` but without any protection information; without extra tags (see boundary=protected%20area?uselang=en-GB ) that is basically uncomsumable. With regard to "random outdated tags in RapId" if you are performing what is essentially an automated edit (whatever tool you are using) then you must follow osm.wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct and discuss - the UK forum https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/uk/86 would be a great place to discuss. Some of the changes suggested by iD / Rapid are sensible; some are questionable and some are utter garbage.

| 165227338 | 9 months ago | Hello Numbergod,
|
| 165646193 | 9 months ago | A web search right now (Google or DDG) only finds (a) OSM (b) SABRE and (c) other user-contributed data such as "Litter on slip road verge. Ducker Holt Interchange, Marr, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, DN5 7AS, United Kingdom". |
| 165473288 | 9 months ago | Here's the diary entry:
when one changes a cron job on the server that has the database for https://map.atownsend.org.uk/maps/map/map.html sends me an email if relations might have a new gap, like Change in relation components for Capital_Ring_Section_10 6473820
Hope this helps! |
