Looks good! Have your tried blender-osm by the way? It’s a good way to get the immediate results.

Kendzi3d sometimes does weird things.

No, despite its name it does vice versa: creates 3D models in Blender from OSM data. Some times it more useful than Kedzi (imho), mostly because blender has better navigation/orbit/pan functions :)
