Posted by IgorEliezer on 5 July 2020 in Brazilian Portuguese (Português do Brasil).

Remodelagem do Museu Paulista da Universidade de São Paulo, em São Paulo/SP, para o OpenStreetMap e Wikipedia, usando o editor JOSM. Mostra o antes, o processo e o resultado.

O preview 3D no início e no final do vídeo é do site F4Map e, durante a modelagem, no Kendzi3D dentro do editor JOSM.

Looks good! Have your tried blender-osm by the way? It’s a good way to get the immediate results.

Kendzi3d sometimes does weird things.

I haven’t. But does this upload the new entities to OpenStreetMap?

No, despite its name it does vice versa: creates 3D models in Blender from OSM data. Some times it more useful than Kedzi (imho), mostly because blender has better navigation/orbit/pan functions :)

By the way, do you know, are there already many 3D buildings in OSM-Brasil?
