At https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/120872047 , https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/121101335 and elsewhere you said “ The following projects and their unloading will be divided into small parts”. This hasn’t happened - https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/121417367 includes the entirety of Romania and most of Finland.

На https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/120872047, https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/121101335 и еще где-то вы сказали “Следующие проекты и их выгрузка будут разбиты на мелкие части”. Этого не произошло — https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/121417367 включает всю Румынию и большую часть Финляндии.
