you are the same user who has previously mapped as “MapperNews” (https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/4915, https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/4982), “Etien34”, and “e pt” (https://www.openstreetmap.org/user_blocks/4916). In the profiles of these accounts you claim to be “Developer of : http://etienne.pellissier-tanon.fr/”.

We have blocked these accounts because we have made many unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with you (including sending an email to users at the domain you mentioned), about problematic edits you have been making in Japan and elsewhere. You have ignored all our attempts at communication, as well as those of mappers in Japan. Instead, you have deleted the accounts that we blocked, and created new accounts.

I’m afraid this is not how we can work with you, and we’re blocking this account and reverting its edits as well.

Please, for the 10th time now, get in touch with data@osmfoundation.org to discuss how you can make a positive contribution to OSM if you are interested in contributing at all.
