I have recently issued this 0-hour block on your accoutn asking to provide better changeset comments, and to participate in discussions: osm.org/user_blocks/4893

Now you’re making international edits yet again, with the same useless changeset comments, and without having replied to the comments I mentioned.

Therefore I must assume that you are running some sort of software that automatically cleared the block message without you even reading it.

I am now blocking this account until you email us at data@osmfoundation.org, explaining your edits and that you have understood what we are asking of you.
