I have asked you to provide proper changeset comments. When you asked why, I pointed you to a wiki page that explains the concept, in Ukrainian, but still you have chosen to ignore that request.

It is ok for a newbie mapper to not understand what changeset comments are and why they should be used. If someone makes a handful of changes we don’t care much. But an experienced mapper like yourself should understand the value of good changeset comments and lead my example; they are a sign of respect for your fellow mappers who want to work with you.

I am now blocking your account for two days so that you may consider the topic. After that you will be free to continue mapping, however, if you then upload further changes without changeset comments, I will block your account for four days, and so on.

(I trust you will take this matter seriously enough but just for the avoidance of doubt, should you attempt to make fun of this request and use changeset comments that are useless, offensive, mocking, or otherwise do not match what serious mappers use for their changeset comments, I will treat such comments the same as no comments.)
