You have ignored the previous request to discuss your edits with the community and will therefore be blocked until you email data@openstreetmap.org with a subject line of “[Ticket#2023092910000127] Issue #27474 User Orkhan17” explaining that you do wish to engage with the rest of the OSM community.

When you have done that we will ask you to discuss the edits that you want to make at https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/edit-warring-over-nagorno-karabakh-region-republic/57413/14 and we will revoke this block. If you don’t do that we’ll block you again.
