You’re currently making piecemeal edits such as changeset/141942740 . At changeset/141931434 you were asked not to do this but instead to discuss with the community at https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/edit-warring-over-nagorno-karabakh-region-republic/57413/14 . We clearly need to talk about what should be in OSM (or not) to represent relation/2374762 , but the current broken multipolygon is clearly not correct. The same applies to other administrative areas in the region.
