You continue to add guest houses with strange name tags including not only a year but what also appear to be personal names. Once again, OpenStreetMap is a public database and, while businesses and public places can be named, private residences should not be tagged with the resident names. Further, private residences should be tagged with the appropriate building=* tag instead of tourism=guest_house.

Please do not add private information to OpenStreetMap (such as the name of residents of houses) and do not add ancillary information to the name tag.
