I noticed SPAM in English is removed from the diaries quite promptly. What about the other languages? Who to report SPAM in the diaries?
Please remove that diary entry in Russian http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/weze/diary/21151 and maybe its author as well.

Could you somehow add a system that requires an account to have a certain age and/or a few edits? Or maybe a report button?
