Thank you for letting me know. At the time of doing this mapping, the imagery in OSM was still pre-Helene. I waffled on doing the detailed mapping for the impacted towns, but decided to leave the Helene tags on structures while reflecting what was still visible in the pre-Helene imagery. My focus is on mapping towns in NC with populations as of the 2020 census of less than 1,500. Hence why I was working on Bakersville, NC.
