OpenStreetMap

First use.

I got to use the OSM app on my iPhone for the first time this morning to log a trip I do almost every week. I nearly forgot to do it which is why only the last portion of my trip is recorded. As it was Remembrance Sunday, I had to take a minor detour as traffic wasn't allowed down certain roads during the service. Hopefully, I'll have a few more trails recorded over the next month.

There's an OSM app?

Probably Track 'n Trail which can upload GPS tracks directly to OSM. I would love to see an OSM app on the iPhone but Apple would probably reject it for duplicating the functionality of the inbuilt Google Maps application.

The app's called OSMtrack it records your GPS points and then uploads them to OSM. It doesn't show any maps, you need to go into safari on the phone for that part.
