OpenStreetMap
ProFriends, the developer of Lancaster Estates are hard to reach. Emailing and talking to them over the phone a couple of times to provide me copies of their street names so I can place them at OSM in advance. Unfortunately, I still did not get a favorable response.
Anyhow, I’m just checking the streets personally once in a while to check out if they have already placed street names on some streets.
Will be editing this area often so do update your navigation systems with OSM once in a while.

Tonight, I was driving along Lancaster Village 1 on Imus Cavite after having learned that they have added street signs. I still have to resort to mapping these subdivisions on site because until today, ProFriends has not responded to any of my emails since March 2012 about information on their street names all throughout Lancaster Estates.
I was in awe that even their security guards won’t allow me to map their subdivisions after thoroughly explaining to them that this is a volunteer work from an NGO called OpenStreetMap Philippines so that all the new streets in the Philippines will be mapped for non-profit use. Well, I was still evicted out of the subdivision for the reason that I don’t have permission from the developer.
Well, goodluck to you Profriends and Mr. Alfredo Luayan the shift lead of the security the night of June 9. It’s your village loss, not ours.
