Why have you added Wiri as a neighbourhood? It is already tagged as a suburb which is what the wikidata link you added refers to it as.

The conflation strategy used with this import has not worked - it has introduced many duplicate address nodes. E.g. Node node/8660691512 and node/3208511029
This is repeated on many address nodes along Mangere Road

Please do not "test" changes like this in OSM - it is a live map in use by many people and your change has tagged a cycleway that does not exist - reverting
