Hello portalaventura. I thought this would be logical continuation down to the City of Silveira Martins since it is larger than 2,000 in population. I realize now that the secondary access along Estrada dos Imigrantes suffices for the Brazil classification guidelines. Thank you for pointing this out and updating the roads to the north.

Muralito. The context on the various population centers in the area helps. I will wait for you and ftrebien to discuss further but please let me know and I will make any necessary changes that you both deem appropriate. Thanks for digging deeper into this issue!

Hello muralito. The Brazil classification guidelines (osm.wiki/Brazil/Classifica%C3%A7%C3%A3o_das_rodovias_do_Brasil) were used as a guiding reference in this change to secondary. It states that the main part of the secondary criteria is "Rodovia/estrada que é rota ideal entre centros urbanos com mais de 2 mil habitantes ou sedes de municípios - [translated: Highway/road that is the ideal route between urban centers with more than 2,000 inhabitants or municipal seats].” This road that you mentioned provides access to Atlântico, Brazil (node/7049906553) and has a population of 4,039. Hope this explanation helps.

Hello Akrimullah IRM-RV. This relation was unnecessary since this junction does not have a dedicated right turn link road like the other 3 sides of the junction do. The restrictions on circular junctions such as this are implied in OSM when there are turn lanes to prevent turns in the middle of the junction. You can learn more about them here [junction=circular] and here [junction=roundabout] under the 'Gallery of NOT Roundabout Diagrams’ section.

Also if you are new to OSM Brazil it is always a good resource to review the country’s classification guidelines approved in 2020 -osm.wiki/Brazil/Classificação_das_rodovias_do_Brasil. Happy mapping!

Thank you TagaSanPedroAko for pointing out this overlook. I should have split these two edits into separate changesets. Have a good new year!
