I am so tired of translating OSM and its tools. Need to switch between launchpad, transifex and finally for another taginfo we need to translate seperately.

Why should I translate again and again for same terms and words? How OSM architects failed to provide a common library for translation?

Translation is always done at phrase level, as words in most languages are not context free. For instance, the classic example, free, can mean free as in speech, or free as in beer. many words in English can be a noun or a verb (ditch) or even more examples.

It’s simple: OSM has got no architects and no coordination. Every developer here is on their own.

agreed but common words like Yes or No or Tags have same meaning for all UI, why should I translate again for each interfaces?

All projects that are in the OpenStreetMap organisation on transifex can (and do share for the majority) translations. That means you can auto-fill exact matches from other projects translations.
For historic reasons the OSM website is translated somewhere else and that would be difficult to change, anything else could likely easily move to transifex.
PS: I’m not a particular transifex fan, but it works well enough for our purposes and avoids us having to run yet another service ourselves.
