A small note: this changeset includes edits ranging from **England all the way to Tel Aviv**. Such a wide geographic span makes it harder for other mappers to review or understand the grouped changes.

Since **MapComplete automatically merges edits into the currently open changeset**, this usually happens when continuing to map in a new area before the previous changeset has closed. To keep changes geographically focused, it helps to **wait until the active changeset has been closed** before starting to edit in a distant region.

Even if the goal was simply to correct maxspeed syntax, combining such far-apart edits into a single changeset makes it difficult for other mappers to review, understand, or revert the changes if needed.

For future work, it’s best to:

* keep each changeset focused on one small, local area,
* upload before moving on to a different region or country,
* and group similar corrections geographically rather than globally.

For future edits, it would be helpful if you could:
- limit each changeset to a small, clearly defined area,
- upload your work in one region before continuing in another distant area,
- thus ensuring clear and easily verifiable local changesets.

vielen Dank für deinen Einsatz in StreetComplete und deine bisherigen Beiträge.
Leider musste ein Großteil deiner Änderungen wieder rückgängig gemacht werden, weil es dabei zu einigen Missverständnissen gekommen ist.

Um Frust auf beiden Seiten zu vermeiden, wäre es wirklich hilfreich, wenn du die App vorerst nicht weiter nutzen würdest. Vielleicht suchst du dir eine andere Beschäftigung und entfernst die App von deinem Handy, damit unbeabsichtigte Fehler zukünftig vermieden werden.

Wenn du die Löschung in Isny und die Ergänzung am Gaisberg separiert hättest, wäre der Changeset nur halb so groß und damit deutlich besser kontrollierbar

For future tag corrections, it would be helpful if you could:
- Limit changes to a small, clearly defined area
- Upload before moving to another region or country
- And thus create a separate, local change set for each area.

A quick remark: this changeset includes modifications in two completely separate areas — Paris/Cergy and Oletta on Corsica. Even though the edits were small, combining distant locations into one changeset makes it difficult for other mappers to understand or review the changes.

I’ve already corrected the misplaced node in Paris, but for future edits it would be best to:

keep each changeset focused on one local area,

upload before moving on to a different region,

and double-check for accidentally added nodes.

Gerne :) Ich bin die neue Runde gelaufen "Gegen das Vergessen" und hab am Ende den Wegweiser gesehen und mich an deine Notiz erinnert. Wenn du vor dem Tor steht und rechts beim Grüncontainer nach hinten läufst, kommt zuerst ein langer Banner mit einer Wiederholung der Schilder für den Vergessen-Pfad, ein paar Meter weiter ist ein grünes Schild mit Pfeil "Erlebnispfad noch 200m". Die Metalltüre zum Pfad ist aber ohne Klinke und abgeschlossen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass man nur mit Anmeldung rein kommt.

Auch diese Änderung ist falsch.
