3h later, I just realized I checked review_requested when I uploaded from JOSM. lol

hmm there not really a "law" in Thailand to specifically enforce the 'living_street' in the same way as in Europe, one could argue if locals treat many road/street the same way as 'living_street' then why not tag as a street.

However, since general agreement in the community is to tag as residential roads, I'll do so in future edits. Thank you for the comment.
