I’m from Si Sa Ket, Thailand. Contributing what I need from a map of my local province.

I try to following the global OSM editing standard + conventions from the Thailand Wiki as much as I could.

old edits

the wiki/convention changes overtime, my edits 5y ago may not adhere to current wiki but probably was right at the time. Of course I try to be consists with my edits, so if it’s wrong then it is consistency wrong. All could be easily query by Overpass and fixed if needed.

2026 what am I thinking contribute to OSM :

— “I probably should add villages name all over the province. but eh, I need house numbers on this amphoe first, and for the next few years.”
— “waterway is interesting, killing time while bored. why so many random unconnected canal though”
— “argh! I need addr:village in JOSM ui not addr:hamlet ! fck it I’ll batch it later, now you go in addr:hamlet again.”

^ this non-sense will get update again in random time the next year.
