Welsh vs Irish and Scots Gaelic are not mutually intelligible and I have absolutely no idea where to begin with pronouncing these unfortunately, and I'm sure it's the same the other way around.

Welsh, Breton and Cornish (Brythonic branch) are known as P-Celtic whereas Irish and Scots Gaelic (Goidelic branch) are Q-Celtic based on phonetic differences, this article explains a bit more in the third section

Steòrnabhagh is not Welsh at all, and we typically use the English where there isn't one. I'm not sure what Welsh Wiki was thinking here, but they are actually awful with place names and cannot be relied upon.

I'm assuming you've removed the Wikidata tag as it prevented you from editing the name.

Please don't do this. If you scroll down, there's a little table where you can edit fields and keep the tag. I've restored the wikidata tag now.

Yep, sadly, at least the ones you've got from the postcode finder.

There are some threads on the forums where people have got postcodes from UPRN data - it's not something I do but it may help you.

Unfortunately we can't use the Royal Mail Postocde Finder as the copyright isn't compatible with the licence that OpenStreetMap uses

With regards to your question, you choose either one or the other (one real life feature = one element on OSM)

If it's likely to be a mixed use building, like if the barber lives above the shop, it's recommended to use a node and put the level= tag on it.
