I'm pretty sure GADM boundaries are just as inaccurate as the previous OSM boundaries. They miss a ton of things, to the point of huge swaths of land and even barangays. I do recommend you make it yourself. I've done my own on a lot of Cagayan boundaries, and I've kept a list of barangays to keep track. You could use this for your reference: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sprKGA3y0ca3xeItkEjkyuHcalk4p2R4p2dNu642oYs/edit?usp=sharing Otherwise, I won't need to revert the boundaries if you're changing it anyways. It's cleaner and, honestly, might unnecessarily destroy work you've done, which doesn't come with the boundary. Additionally, you should prioritize creating those boundaries quickly so it doesn't bring any extra unnecessary attention, since you've technically violated OSM rules (we still give new users a chance, don't worry about it!), although without the cost of accuracy. Thank you for your cooperation!

I'll try my best. Although, could you give me all of the changeset IDs from you that involve NAMRIA data? It'll make things easier, and would have likely got things that I could miss if I don't have a catalog. Thanks!

| 182111027 | Hey there! Please be informed that we are not allowed to use NAMRIA boundary data, since we need explicit permission when using any government data. Additionally, NAMRIA's boundary data is estimated and can be inaccurate. If you wish to know more info, either check this: osm.wiki/Philippines/FAQs_for_PH_data
Sincerely,

No worries. Although, unfortunately, we're not permitted to do that either, since the reason why we're not allowed to use NAMRIA's is the same reason why we can't use theirs either. In the FAQ link, you can see that when using government data, written consent is required to permit its use. Additionally, I have already seen your edits on Atok, and to my knowledge, I have already commented on one of your changesets regarding the same thing. Also, we still require reverting the changesets. If possible, please message me through the platform or Telegram, so we can coordinate with the process. Thank you for your understanding!

Hey again! Please be informed that government data can only be used for OSM if they have given explicit permission (RA 8293). If your edits involve government data and you have no stated permission whatsoever, it is recommended to revert the following. Thank you!
Hey there mate! To my knowledge, editing the boundaries of NAMRIA is not allowed for OSM. Plus, NAMRIA's data is estimated. If you'd like some info, here's a link: osm.wiki/Philippines/FAQs_for_PH_data

I intentionally removed the building tag for the barangay halls, as I normally see them as a whole area instead of one building. But I will fix that problem for now, and if the missing tag is qualifiable, I will do that so. Thank you for pointing those out!
I don't think we can really use any source online, because of copyright issues. You could either reach out to the local government to match the ODbL license or just estimate on where it is at. Though, yes, you may have to revert them.
Hey there! I highly suggest you look at this changeset comment from @seav: changeset/171004943#map=10/16.7802/121.9922 We're not actually allowed to use the data from NAMRIA.
Well, some of the municipalities that have boundaries around them that I did not put are also in the same level as the ones I put.
@seav I thought that the shapefile data from Faeldon was okay to use, and did not have any references to the ones you identified. But if you were talking about the tags, I have deleted those and changed it as administrative boundary tags. But if the boundaries would cause a legal issue, then I’m open to reverting it. Thank you for noticing!
@user_5359 Sorry for that! i accidentally forgot to delete the tags in JOSM. I may have further deleted it in the process of completing it, but thank you for noticing.
