i've added a no left turn restriction from westbound buendia to tordesillas.malugay using potlatch 2. if going to salcedo village, one should take zuellig loop (or right to malugay then u-turn)
will test it next week if it's working. bonus: i will also create a How-to with picture illustrations to make it easy for others to do it themselves on my alternate pathetic blog...

But one of your restrictions isn't ok:

It has two to-ways, but only one is allowed.
Maybe this is a misbehaviour of potlach: Splitting a way which is part of a turn restriction results in having both ways in the turn restriction. JOSM does a better job, it puts only one of the new ways in the restriction, the correct one so far ;-)

Maybe you just split the way to use it for your turn restriction and the splitting touched another turn restriction, having both ways as to-ways.
Imho JOSM does a better job when working with turn restrictions ;-)

At the crossing I saw 3 restrictions. Two look fine, one is bad and can be deleted imho:
ok: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1299762
ok: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1382046
bad: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1382129 (it is just like 1382129 but opposite direction, against oneway)
But there is one road error: The way "Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue" exists 2 times on top of each other:

http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/95779480
One way has to be removed, but be careful, which one. The first one is used by restriction 1382129 (the bad one), the second one is used by the restriction 1299762.
I hope I haven't mixed something up ... so be careful ;-)

i didn't fully understand your relations but i checked again using the show/hide and indeed of them is incorrect. already corrected and I hope it's really corrected...thanks for the help

Have you already checked all your restrictions in JOSM with the help of http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Plugins/Turnrestrictions ?
Try this, it has almost a wizard mode ...
