Так как это ваша первая правка, и вы еще не в полной мере ознакомились с основами создания карт в ОСМ, прошу вас отменить, сделанные вами изменения. Traffic rules around the World are common and mostly the same but there is some local difference depend on areas or territories. As I know, in Ukraine (where I live) and Europe countries crossing double solid lines is not allowed.
I saw that the East Taft Road had double solid line along Skyway Park and Taft Road Plaza tagged as 'residential' so based on my driving experience I decided to set this turn restriction. But as I can see for now this is incorrect.
Thank you for information about traffic rules in NY.
If you do not mind I'll change tagging for Taft Road Plaza to the 'highway=service' and remove turn restriction.

@zeromap, thanks for your attention about this issue. I made changes concerning it. You may look at them in changeset - changeset/30001584. I drew roughly the park boundary. If you have an accurate information of the boundaries of the park, could you fix it?

SomeoneElse - yes. These are transliterations as you would commonly use them as Russian or Ukrainian speaker. While I can see how you wouldn't use them as an English speaker in these places, on a completely translated Russian or Ukrainian map, you would not find the names in latin, but always in cyrillic.

concerning yours comments
1. About 404 link: because this is a private repo you are not allowed to look it and that is why you get 404 err.
2. I didn't visit this area but I rely on people with local knowledge. If my tagging is incorrect/inappropriate please fix it, I won't mind.
For this way way/87779787 I got the feedback which contained "Path mis-aligned, should all be further west". I fixed it using sat Bing imagery and GPX-traces.
