Yes, they should all be removed. I did it for a good couple of handfuls. Spreadsheet heading should have been removed before import. They must be fixed along the way unless someone can tell how to find and remove the tag from all..

Oh that was the spreadsheet selection criterium for new points. Forgot to remove the column header. Changeset hopefully reverted. Oterwise I shall try again...

I can see that you reverted something. I would be happy to know exactly which set(s) so that things do not get erroneously re-introduced or duplicated. I have the written permision to use what hey extracted and sent to me. Including a note that coordinates in general are not exact. This is the general case in that country.

After ahving de-frustrated and slept on it, I try I take a go. Do however be aware that all civil servants up there are under severe stress, but really want their culture to appear correctly in any availlable place. So correct mapping with items and names (in particularly not primary names in American English) is not a minor issue. Give me a couple of days to read up and ask for a formal permission to use what they did for me, please.......

"Of course" I have the permisssion. Already in september 2025 I asked if they would be interested in having their geographical data on the map with correct names. The response was enthusiastic:"Wauw, thanks!".

So they would have to set up a script for spreadsheet extract. Work and iterations was made between them and their IT-provider in Copenhagen. I reviewed. Third or fourth time aound the result was honky-dory, and I received the full set. Beyond my expectations: 30539 items.

From then on I filtered out, categorized and post-processed to make tables that would fit OSM. End December this was ready. Since then it has been up to other mappers to review and finish each. Currently some 16000 have been done: All islands/islets, all lakes, all rivers, many peaks, and some other..

If you want things to be done in another way, you are welcome to find some who will take over.

Note: Mapping is not like in most places. It is all one arctic wilderness, so for the most parts there is really nothing to relate to. Each item must be identified almost spot-on and then reviewed/revised.
