Hi I’m trying to download the tails for some region named “West-bank”, anyway i tried to used “jTileDownloader” but it not work on Mac , Some point i noticed that it need the server for the tails How can i get the server for this regions??
i need to download the tails for non=standard map , i.e i need only the roods and there names , i never need any additional information any advice :)

When you want to create maps with your own style, it seems that you have to render map tiles or vector graphics on your own.
There are already some FAQ about this topic at http://help.openstreetmap.org
Do a search there with key words like about “create own map style”.
