Thanks, I only remove building that have clearly been demolished and no longer shows up from the default imagery which is Bing Maps Aerial. For more recently demolished buildings, I use demolished:building=yes. I guess from now on i can keep the address node but remove the building.

Thanks for your additions. Please use more precise addresses for places in strip malls. The hyphenated address is for the whole center while the individual address is for the individual store. I have corrected these.
