why did you remove the node for 6802 Northwest 77th Court, I ask because it is exists on the address data set on the Miami Dade open data hub https://opendata.miamidade.gov/datasets/eef6b33da60d47c0964387960c840eea_0/explore?location=25.835057%2C-80.322865%2C19 . Since it seems to still exists it should have been moved to a more correct position instead of being deleted.

First a question, I am assuming that https://confidomedical.com/ is the businesses website. Second buildings should not be within each other, so I deleted the way and transferred all the information I could to a node. If that is the actual shape of the business then that shape should be tagged with building:part=* or indoor=*. Third on OSM it is important to specifiy a top level tag (osm.wiki/Top-level_tag) describing what the object is, just adding a name and an address is not enough because without a top level tag telling you what something is objects are not really all that useful. I added shop=medical_supply based on the website but feel free to change it if it is incorrect.

On the imagery this is either in the middle of a residential building or inside of someone's backyard, either way its position is highly unlikely and should be updated with aerial imagery to a more correct position.
