Looking at the wider area on imagery there's definitely more tunnel=culvert that I'd have expected - I guess it's below ground level, but there's nothing over the top of it (apart from the bridges). way/742792269/history looks like an aqueduct with nothing over the top of it and the stream underneath?

Can you explain a bit more what you mean about "delete unwanted lines" here?
The deletion of e.g. way/42250174 seems to be of something that, according to the available imagery, still exists. Is it really not like that any more?

Just checking - are you sure that node/8852902468/history is a osm.wiki/Tag%3Ahighway%3Demergency_access_point as described on that page?
