After this edit there is a bit of a gap in the Saxon Shore Way relation/8864#map=19/51.394665/0.563562 .
Does it follow the diagonal path or the footpath that cuts the corner?

I suspect that the information that you have added here doesn't actually reflect reality. For example, if you wanted to cross the road here, I'm sure that you would not need to follow this route: osm.org/directions?engine=graphhopper_foot&route=51.394888%2C0.499913%3B51.394831%2C0.500114#map=19/51.394646/0.499720
There's been plenty of discussion about whether mapping sidewalks separately adds any value (I suspect it does in some cases, but not in others - see https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/undiscussed-mass-deletion-of-separate-sidewalks/117491/7 ).
What was the reason that you added them here, and are you really prevented from just walking across Kingswear Gardens?

There's nothing between Knaresborough and Welwyn in here.

I think this edit might have caused some problems with relations.
If you have a look at relation/11060057 you can see that it now has a gap in it, but a few days ago it didn't https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1WNb .
Other affected relations might include
11044388 | Diocese of Cork
10909313 | Diocese of Cloyne
5688364 | Carhoo
6514527 | Whitechurch
Are you OK to add these back, or would you like any help?

Edits to other tags are obviously a bit guesswork - it'll probably look like way/1080265350 but with food available (I'm guessing that the lino is for the bin, the OGM name will go and the outdoor seating will stay).

You've used "wetland=island" here - I'm not sure what that means?
You can see what values tend to be used with "wetland" in the UK at https://taginfo.geofabrik.de/europe:united-kingdom/keys/wetland#values and internationally at https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/wetland#values .
You also might want to think about drawing it as an area rather than a point, so that anything processing the data has a bit more of an idea how big it is.
