ich habe diesen Änderungssatz rückgängig gemacht. Gründe:

1. Der Bayernatlas ist keine zulässige Informationsquelle für OpenStreetMap. Das LDBV hat uns keine Nutzungserlaubnis erteilt. Aus den von dir genannten Quellen ist kein genauer Grenzverlauf ableitbar. Also war der von dir neu eingezeichnete Gemeindegrenzverlauft, der aus der Aufteilung des gemeindefreien Gebiets auf die Gemeinden resultiert, zu löschen.

2. Durch deine Änderung ist eine Grenzpolygonüberlappung entstanden, da du das gemeindefreien Gebiet selbst, das auch als AL8-Polygon erfasst war, nicht gelöscht hast.

In Zukunft bitte ich dich, davon abzusehen, mit dem Online-Editor iD Grenzpolygone und Grenzen zu bearbeiten. Die Software ist dafür ungeeeignet. Der Editor verfügt nicht über ausreichende Validierungsfunktionalität, die vor dem Hochladen eine Gültigkeit der Änderungen sicherstellt. OpenStreetMap wird produktiv genutzt. Wer Grenzen bearbeitet, muss wissen, was er/sie tut.
