Hello.
Rather than deleting an existing POI and then creating a new one, it's better to edit the existing node. This way it preserves the history of the node if anybody would ever need to look at it.

I suspect you meant to add this feature as "parking lot" rather than "parking space". "Parking space" is meant for mapping individual spaces for each car. "Parking lot" is meant for the whole parking area.

It seems like you forgot to update website address for The Consulate.
Additionally, rather than outright just deleting POI nodes for closed businesses, please consider using "disused:" key prefix as documented in disused=*:. Or at the very least please leave just the address-relevant tags and delete business-specific tags.

Does this business have a suite/floor/office number? Unless they occupy all of 125 Broad St?
Do you happen to know this business' operational hours? Providing that information would also be useful.
As documented in phone=* phone number should follow ITU-T E.164 format, either separated by spaces or separated by "-", but they shouldn't be mixed.
