Fortunately OpenStreetMap is an international project, controlled by a foundation registered in the UK, and so we don't have to take the blindest bit of notice of the idiot laws of over-paranoid countries.

Don't be absurd. If it's visible on an aerial photo that is available on the Internet, it's already published. Marking it in OSM doesn't put anybody at risk who isn't already at risk.

Yes guys.. you are right. the foundantion is registered in the UK, but Israeli Civilians still have to keep the Israeli Law, even in the Internet.
In the aerial photo of Bing we can see all of the israeli bases, but no one can know if it raelly a base of something else..
I don't know how it works in your countries, but I sure you know that Israel is always found under a security risk. I don't want to go into the political conflict, but you have to knoe that terrorists from the Palestinian cities try to kill israeli soldiers and when a they know where a Israeli base is found, they can do it.
