Presentation

Hi! I'm a MSc student in Geoinformatics Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and a YouthMappers Research Fellow. Actually my research topic involves mapping for community resilience against an epidemic disease of schistosomiasis in the region of Saint Louis, Senegal. In addition, I created a TeachOSM Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) project related to this issue. You can contribute here if you want: https://tasks.teachosm.org/project/690 . Your effort will be surely appreciated!

Furthermore, I am co-founder, officer (social media manager) and member of PoliMappers, the first European chapter of YouthMappers, based on Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. YouthMappers is a network composed by many universities all around the world involved in humanitarian mapping aka adding open geographic information in places hit by humanitarian disasters and natural catastrophes to help rescures solve these problems. To do this we use the HOT tasking manager.
