I can use both overpass and JOSM to do that.
FYI, I have fixed about 15 of them from highway=pedestrian to highway = footway
Please let me know if you spot another one that required update, thank you for helping to improve OSM data and making a better map

For clarification, we are currently working on a HOT project under the Global Guru initiative, focusing on data improvement using drone imagery. The aim is to improve and add surface condition details on highways and building's roof tagging in the Malawi project area.

I have checked the highway and node/6115135299, identified the issue, and resolved it. I will also follow up properly to ensure such mistakes do not occur again.
