From iTunes:

Free for the month of April! If you get lost or in an emergency, YOU NEED A MAP! A map that works everywhere even without a cell phone signal. A map that shows not just roads but also terrain, streams, lakes and other landmarks. A map that covers all 50 states.

Two maps in one! You Need A Map contains the roads from OpenStreetMap.org AND the US Census. OpenStreetMap has more accurate highways while the US Census has more accurate local streets. You can flip between these maps by turning the US Census Roads option on or off in the map settings.

But OpenStreetMap contains the US census data, and in most cases, improved upon the Census's low accuracy rate.
