relation/21584008 does have a via object of the crossover road, the one facing towards the south-east (way/1512577884), as both are one-way links in/out of the car park access road (Carto doesn't render the small section of one-way that well.), so I believe that I've done it right. Potentially it should be shortened to just one 'to' element, but I thought that both would be a better representation of the differing ways.
Now that I think about it, there might be difficulty in representing the exit from the Matalan service entrance correctly, so there may need to be a change to accurately represent that, an extra link way with second no U-turn restriction perhaps?

I remember seeing a no U-turn sign attached to the south-western traffic light on my trip yesterday to Tesco (hence source=survey), I will double-check that it is present on my trip this weekend/early next week.
I am well aware that we only map legal restrictions, this is not something for a router.

This was meant to be normalising the access tagging across the Pentre Jane Morgan & Fferm Penglais accommodation areas, but it seems the changeset naming got amended by accident with the intervening changeset.

Yes, it is for access without staff being present at some North Somerset Council libraries.
To get extended access, you need to be a library member, receive a free briefing, provide ID for your name and address, and be 16 or older (under 16's can accompany their parents who use their extended access).

Whilst that distinguishes the turn direction after a junction, it does not distinguish if the signs apply to the line to the west or the east, or both (as in, if they will be followed by a train on the western, eastern, or both lines, the lines being referred to as the ones before the junction).
Also, whilst it refers to the direction of travel (forward/backward), which can be inferred by a person, it is not possible for a data consumer to infer which direction the signs apply to and thus display that without the signs being attached to a track way.
