There appears to be a tee/worn grass/fairway for it to the South East. |

If this site is specificity for fishing, You may want to draw a large polygon around the site and tag that with leisure=fishing along with a name & any other relevant tags such as fee, opening times etc. |

This building should be tagged as a train_station.

leisure=common.
JOSM flags leisure=common as a error in it's validation process. If the software you use is unable to cope with your expectations, may I suggest you contact the developers, or use other programs which allows it to function as you wish.
Even as an Englishman I consider 'common' & 'village green' too quaint for OSM. |

As, by your own admittance, "The markings change throughout the year" shows that it not a pitch. From the 'pitch' wiki page: "Pitches may be contained within a larger recreation_ground," A "multiple sports pitch" is for sports played within the *same* white line boundary, as noted. leisure=pitch#Multi-sport_pitch So what if "amenity=school doesn’t mention recreation ground anywhere"? It doesn't mean they can't be added. The recreation ground’s page makes no mention of it being "publicly accessible". In fact it states the opposite. Children playing sport is "general recreation". not "having any forms of playground equipment within their borders" is irrelevant. Given the close association of other leisures features such as pitch
White line pitches "from different times of the year" can all be mapped, even if they overlap, such as cricket & football pitches. None of your arguments prove your point. |
