I noticed this change on a basin I mapped a couple years ago.

I was just curious, what exactly was the problem that the previous change caused that you were fixing?

I can see that the previous commit changed landuse:basin to natural:water and water:basin.

What problem did that change cause?

I was wondering why the location was changed and address removed. The location doesn't seem to be accurate anymore, at least based on what I can see from street level imagery.

If this business doesn't have a physical location, it probably shouldn't be in OSM. The goal of OSM is to map what's actually visible on the ground

If your goal is to simply advertise your business, but not actually to help people physically find your business location, OSM may be the wrong place, and you should consider deleting it.

That's a good idea. Three nodes, one for each congregation, with their own service_times.

Thanks for the question. I couldn't think of a reasonable way to add this.

At this church building, there are three separate congregations that meet, with overlapping service times.

So, I put all three of them in there with separate tags, using the name of the congregation.

I considered just putting one service_times for all three of them, but it didn't really make sense.

I'm open to suggestions for a better way to capture this information.
