Looks like a small bridge for pedestrians to cross a drain - that’s what I perceived from Bing imagery. Nope! It’s an advert sign for an automobile shop.

Or they may think that a weir is a bridge. Some people think that everything over a waterway is a bridge. They should place a note instead.

A weir in my country (Malaysia) is quite uncommon to see (well, so far), so most likely those who purely do armchair mapping over here could mistakenly map something like this as a bridge.
