In the cycle map there are cycle routes e.g.
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=49.99937&lon=8.60561&zoom=16&layers=00B0FTF
but in Potlatch they used to be before the change of the API.
Now I don't see them in Potlach. I will try JOSM later.

In JOSM they are fine. So it seems to be a problem of Potlatch.

This is a known problem
There are a few issues around relations. Some relation tagging bugs were fixed on the API side late last night, but Potlatch still has problems displaying them.

I was able add ways to relations, but maybe it's better to wait a little bit
or use JOSM.

A little change for 0.6 in the database threw Potlatch. A fix has now been committed and should be live later this evening, hopefully. Sorry for the hassle.
