You can put a marker on the map named OpenStreetBugs:

There seems to be a litte footpath behind the houses - is it accessible for pedestrians?

Go to the right part of the map. Zoom in until the phantom street is shown and not much else. Click 'Edit'.

Once the online editor has loaded, click on the phantom street, then hold shift and press delete (or backspace). It'll disappear.

Click 'Save'. Enter a little comment explaining what you've done.

The map will be updated a few minutes later and the street will be removed!

I would have highway =no rather than delete it if there was a road there at some point or it appears as a road on other maps providers.

This way the road will not be rendered on the and others will not add the street again and we can collect this easter egg info. :)

I've gone ahead and mapped some of the laneways around the area. These can be tagged as highway=service and service=alley if you would like to map some more of your own. This should clear up this issue.
