Tried all of them . I am going with renderd .
Renderd has a big disadvantage . It has to render entire meta tile , while tilecache would need to render only 1 tile .
But panning really rocks on renderd !

tirex started out of frustration with renderd. I don't think it is a good Idea to go for it in new setups.
