OpenStreetMap
I’m entering all Municipalities going from North-West to South-East. This requires often adjustments to the existing state boundaries, many of them are completely wrong.
The new borders were published by Instituto Nacional de Información de Desarrollo (www.inide.gob.ni) 2013. We have a written permit to use publish them by the URACCAN University.

Great job, but you should be a litte bit more carful in editing existing national boundaries. You “killed” twice this week the AL2 of Nicaragua :(

we fixed it and you damaged it again.
btw: the north west AL4 was missing at midnight:
you’r working with josm and that is fine. But you should not ignore josm’s error messages.
