Ciao Mauro! Sorry, I cannot speak Italian, but I guess this may help you. See highway=path: “Se un percorso è abbastanza largo per un veicolo a quattro ruote ma l’accesso non è legalmente consentito o comunque lo è solo ai pedoni, ciclisti e cavalieri, spesso è meglio indicarlo con highway=track.”
