Help us to develop a Toolkit for developers of location based applications
Posted by Marcobol on 15 March 2011 in English.Hello, this is Marco. I'm new to this blog and I'm posting on behalf of VVA Consulting and DKE Aerospace.
We are supporting the European Commission in the creation of a technical toolkit for the developers of mobile applications based on positioning.
The Toolkit will allow mobile apps developers to improve the positioning provided by GPS in their apps. It will include an open-source specific library which will ensure that the benefits granted by the toolkit are freely available to everyone once that it will be developed.

As a matter of fact the toolkit will be open source, since the European Commission wants to ensure the best possible diffusion for it! As the tollkit will be launched (middle of September)all the documentation and material will be published on the Egnos portal:
egnos-portal.gsa.europa.eu/
