Try Overpass API (via the Overpass Turbo interface): http://overpass-turbo.eu/
See this to learn the syntax: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Overpass_API/Overpass_QL ,
Or just use the “Wizard” to search features in a certain area.
