I think it is; just updated my local maps and it's still there. However, one of the two is a node in the rails line itself (rather than a separate item) so I guess it's easy to overlook. Will check it myself tomorrow or so.
one is a railway=tram_stop the other a public_transport=stop_position & tram=yes
I don't know enough of the subtleties of public transport mapping to resolve :)
I fixed this (and Belgica stops as well). This is PTv2-compliant by now (and yes, each stop must have 2 nodes, one with public_transport=platform for the post and one with public_transport=stop_position on the way itself, exactly where the vehicle stop (for STIB/MIVB routes it is the front bumper of the vehicle).
